The Empower Long & Lean Toning Bar is a Pilates-style total body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Comprised of a lightweight, high quality 36-inch steel bar with soft foam grip for comfort. Two 40-inch power cord resistance bands with nylon foot straps are attached with d-rings. The 9mm power cords are fabric covered elastic resistance bands and are MUCH SAFER versus rubber cords. Fabric covered power cords prevent breakage and injury. Rubber tubes quickly deteriorate and are easily damaged during normal use.
