  • CHOOSING THE CORRECT BAND – Please select a band that is right for you. You can determine the correct band by looking at the chart image on the left. This chart can assist you if you are using the bands for pull-up assistance. For most Rehab use, we recommend choosing the blue and black bands. Regarding Stretching & Mobility work, we recommend looking at the black, yellow, and orange bands. For Strength & Resistance training we recommend choosing the yellow, orange, or green bands.

RSR stands for the three core uses of these bands. Resistance Training: any kind of strength training; this could include Assisted Pull-ups, resisted pushups, resisted barbell squat, etc. Stretching: The bands are perfect for both lower body and upper body stretching routines. Rehab: These kinds of bands have been widely used in rehabilitation programs and can add value to almost any rehab workout.
