The 3BL ENDURANCE Hip Bands are great used for warm-up exercises and also to strengthen hips, hamstrings, thighs, glutes, the whole lower part of your body. These bands will require you force knees out while squatting and deadlifting and demand additional effort for lunges and donkey kicks.
